The over quotations of tonnage in the East are beginning to affect the market in the West, which define the weak rates. In Suezmax and Aframax the situation is slightly better with rates on approximately 13.000 dollars a day in both segments. OPEC+ is having a meeting where it is expected that they maintain their gradual reduction of the original production decrease.

The Capesize rates gained a boost with positive signals in the paper market after a couple of weeks with solid fallings. In the smaller classes the rates are unchanged. Volatility is expected going forward.
